Laura, the lovely creator of the Laurelle Woman brand, liked the first photoshoot I did so much that she asked me to help her with another one.

Once again, we decided to shoot at Block 47 Studios, an amazing photography studio in Leeds. We used the same style and backdrop as last time but with some new additions including different pot plants, a ladder, rugs and a big sofa chair.

Laurelle Woman’s new spring/summer collection was designed and crafted by Laura using incredible dying and print techniques in blue and white. Fun facts: apparently she used ice to dye one of the tops and she printed some of the photographs I took last time on the new clothing items!

This time Laura also recruited Gemma, a talented MUA based in Leeds, to splash some contrasting bright yellow colour on our gorgeous Indonesian model who I already shot with, Anastasia.

Unlike last time, for this photoshoot we also took to the streets to exploit the bright outdoors sunlight and give some shots a bit more of an “urban” feel. You can view a selection of the pictures below. Let me know if you like this shoot in the comment section and if you would like to hire me for a similar job don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Equipment: Canon EOS 6D, Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM.
