Looking for a wedding photographer in Italy? This real destination elopement in Rome will inspire you for sure!

Fitting a whole elopement story in a single blog post is really hard! This is like a small glimpse of what Leah and Logan's elopement was. So much happened on the day I struggle to put it into words but I can just say it was beautiful! The couple had an incredibly heartfelt ceremony at the Diana Temple in Villa Borghese - a place that resembled where they got engaged back in the USA - and the ceremony included a wine ritual. We then set off to explore Rome, including some places that are very special to them, like the St. Angelo bridge where Leah commemorated her mother who sadly passed away. The couple even had a romantic first dance when a street musician started playing just for them, plus an ice cream that didn't go exactly to plan - oh why did you melt so fast? They ended their special day with the most romantic intimate dinner with a view ever, on a private terrace overlooking the Roman Forum and the Altar of the Fatherland, planned and styled by the amazing Marigiulia Sella Weddings.

Kind words from the couple:

"Sarah did such an amazing job capturing our Rome elopement. We felt comfortable with her all day and I was not worried one bit about how the pictures would turn out! When we got our wedding gallery back I was SO happy ! They captured our day so well and I know that I will treasure them for a lifetime. I just wish I could live closer to Sarah so she could do all of our future photoshoots!"
