I was absolutely blown away by this wedding!
Charlotte + Rob wanted an untraditional wedding that was a true representation of their personalities and their ethics, as well as a big celebration surrounded by all of their friends and family members.
Charlotte works in fashion and Rob works in advertisement, so they both know a thing or two about doing things in style!
It was important for them not to make things about only themselves but make their guests a part of the overall vision. Charlotte's only request was for her bridesmaids to wear pink and orange and the guests to just be colorful. It really paid off.
The colour choices for this wedding are like nothing I've seen before and Vic of Powerplant Flowers did such an incredible job creating some of the most beautiful floral decorations I've ever seen and perfectly matching Charlotte's vision.
It made sense for the couple to get married in Wales, where Rob is originally from. With plenty of farm land on his family's property, the clear marquee was a perfect choice to make the most of the stunning landscape whilst also enjoying the indoors area, away from the wind.
Their Lambeth wedding cake deserves a special mention as it received just as many 'wows' and compliments as the flowers! Kudos to Rob's auntie Rhian for making this masterpiece.
To make things even better, the evening was blessed by a breath-taking sunset that allowed us to take some incredible photos. After the cake cutting and a champagne tower, Charlotte changed into her stunning evening dress and the couple proceeded to dance the night away with their loved ones.
All photos are shot on a mix of digital and 35mm film. Thank you Rob and Charlotte for giving me lots of creative freedom and trusting me with your wedding photos. I had a blast!
I'm proud to mention that this wedding was featured on the Australian magazine The Anti-Bride and you can see it here.
